This twin 4 story buildings where built by Ray Builders and designed Perez Radosti Associates.
The 1st building was completed in 2020 the 2nd was completed in 2022
Clearcut Glass LLC furnished and installed all the windows and Glassbilt supplied and installed the focal glass of the building.
For the 1st building we collaborated with Gamco Corp for the frames and Blue star Glass for the glass.
For the 2nd building we collaborated with Primaview LLC for the frames fabrication and the glass.
the frames are window material in clear anodized and the glass is Low-e insulated.
When you drive on the Garden state parkway north make sure to look out for these buildings when passing exit 89.
